For our April Connect & event, Femmy Admiraal (UBL-CDS) and Céline Richard (FSW) will present "Connect & step up: Overview of the concrete actions to improve our local data repository service, DataverseNL, as a FAIR enabling service." This presentation, followed by time for questions and discussions, is of interest for both research supporters and researchers with an interest in data management.
Abstract
"Over the past few months, we have been involved in the FAIR-IMPACT support program for repositories. Our goal was to evaluate the feasibility of a CoreTrustSeal certification trajectory, and to develop an action plan to advance the local DataverseNL repository to make it more compliant with FAIR as well as tailor the service better to our researchers' needs. During this event we will present the main actions that we are currently working on. During the discussion, we are looking forward to reflecting on the actions and receiving your feedback."

This Connect & session takes place online and will last one hour. After the introduction presentation there will be time for questions and (informal) discussion. Everyone interested in thet topic is very welcome to join. If you are part of the Leiden University Research Data Management Community you will have received a calendar invite.
