Hoe de Sovjet-Unie keukenpolitiek inzette als propaganda
Vrouwen eindelijk weg van het aanrecht en gezond eten in kantines. Voeding was volop aanwezig in Sovjetpropaganda. Leidse alumnus Olav Hofland won met zijn scriptie over de keukenpolitiek van de Soviet-Unie de Volkskrant-ISSG-Scriptieprijs. In de Volkskrant vertelt hij over zijn onderzoek.

Na één bachelor en twee masters aan de Universiteit Leiden, sloot alumnus Filosofische Perspectieven op Politiek en Economie Matthieu Agustoni zijn studententijd af met een knaller: hij kreeg zijn masterscriptie gepubliceerd in een prestigieus tijdschrift.
